Infinity Home Spray Foam respects your privacy. We collect only the information we need to quote, book and carry out spray foam removal work for you, and to keep in touch about your job. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we store it and the choices you have. It applies to our website and to every enquiry, survey and job we handle across Harrogate and North Yorkshire.

When you contact us for a quote or book a spray foam removal, we collect your name, phone number, email address and the address where the work will take place. We also note details about your property, such as the type of roof, loft or cavity, the age of the spray foam and any access issues you tell us about.

If you call or message us, we keep a record of that conversation so our team knows what was agreed. When you pay a deposit or settle an invoice, our payment provider handles your card or bank details. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We keep your contact details and job records for as long as needed to complete the work and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. In practice, that usually means we hold job records for up to six years after the work is finished.

When information is no longer needed, we delete it securely or anonymise it so it can no longer be linked to you.

If you ask us to remove your details and we have no legal reason to keep them, we will do so promptly.

Data Security

We take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. Our electronic records are password-protected, and access is limited to team members who need it to do their jobs.

We use secure connections for online payments and store paper records in locked storage. While no system is completely secure, we work hard to protect your data and review our practices regularly.

Our website is not directed at children, and we do not market our spray foam removal services to them.
